I am an actor, a performer and an advocate.

In January 2025, I spent a week in New York, racing between auditions and theatre shows. One performance stood out and became a lasting source of inspiration: Knock on the Roof by Khawla Ibraheem. It was remarkable not just for its brilliant writing, acting, or the single chair that became the entire set. What moved me most was seeing someone with a foreign accent like mine fill a theatre with people eager to hear their story. It changed me. I began to write and wonder if anyone would want to listen. I wrote a play about my experience as an immigrant in the United States. Performing it was powerful. It helped me realize my purpose as an artist: to share my truth fully and honestly, so others like me can be seen and understood. I hope to expand this work and share it with larger audiences, continuing to give voice to experiences like mine.
